Foreign-language (Swedish?) condom commercial that uses an exaggerated example of typical child behavior as a reason to use condoms.

The greedy kid wants to load the shopping cart with goodies, and daddy says no. The kid goes berserk and proceeds to go on a rampage through the grocery store.
